Dr. Mushtaq Bilal's article ""Yes, I am Joseph Bhatti Choohra:" Reading Joseph Bhatti as a Palimpsest" was recently published in the Pakistan issue of Angles: New Perspectives on the Anglophone World.
AIPS has funds to support a workshop or co-sponsorship of a conference in Pakistan. The budget can fund travel for US-based scholars or can be used to assist a university in organizing a conference/workshop. This workshop must be collaborative with a local academic institution in Pakistan.
In order to be eligible for these awards the applicant must be affiliated with an AIPS Institutional Member.
This award is funded through a grant from the Council of American Overseas Research Centers.
